Who is responsible?

This notice describes the services actually used by the privacy-light V1. It is not a privacy certification or legal seal of approval.

What data do we process?

The Advisor processes the business problem you enter and, where necessary, one short follow-up turn within the current page. Do not provide passwords, secret keys, special-category or sensitive personal data, or confidential customer files.

If you voluntarily request contact after receiving a result, we process your name, business email, company, language, timestamp, selected automation route, and one short description of a possible business outcome. The raw Advisor conversation is not included.

• A functional language preference cookie (`nikita-locale`) stores only NL or EN.
• A temporary salted network-signal hash supports rate limiting; the application does not log input text, result text, or contact fields.
• Vercel processes hosting and request metadata needed to provide the site and server functions.

Why do we use this data?

For Advisor processing, Nikita Innovations relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests): providing and securing the analysis explicitly requested by the visitor. Processing is bounded and stateless; you are not required to use the Advisor and may object where that right applies.

For a voluntary contact request, Nikita Innovations relies on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: taking steps at the visitor's request before a possible engagement. Contact details are used only to respond to that request and not by default for unsolicited marketing.

Limited operational metadata and the temporary rate limit are used to manage errors, abuse, and unexpected costs. No user account, anonymous Advisor history, or automatic CRM profile is created, and this V1 does not use production Supabase.

Service providers and data flows

Vercel hosts the website and runs its server routes. Advisor input travels through the Nikita Innovations server to OpenAI only for the current analysis; the response returns to the page through the server. The application stores no anonymous session history.

A voluntary contact request travels through the Nikita Innovations server and Namecheap Private Email to serge@nikitainnovations.com. OpenAI receives no lead details or mailbox content; Namecheap receives no raw Advisor conversation.

The OpenAI request uses `store:false`, no tools, and no application persistence. According to current provider information, API data is not used for model training by default, while abuse-monitoring logs may retain prompts and responses for up to 30 days. Explicit prompt caching is disabled. The current terms, data processing agreements, subprocessors, and international transfers must be reassessed if the provider configuration or data flow changes materially.

Retention

Nikita Innovations does not store Advisor input or results in a database or browser storage. Refreshing, resetting, or navigating clears the temporary Advisor state. The salted rate-limit value expires after one minute. The language cookie expires after no more than one year.

Under the current Vercel Pro platform limit, runtime logs are available for one day by default; application logs contain bounded operational metadata only. A voluntary contact request remains in the business mailbox for no more than two months and is deleted sooner when the contact has concluded or the data subject requests deletion.

Your choices and rights

You can use the Advisor without leaving contact details. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion and object to processing where that right applies by contacting serge@nikitainnovations.com. Serge Visser — Founder, Nikita Innovations is responsible for handling requests. We may request the information needed to verify your identity and request safely.

This V1 uses no advertising tracking, analytics, marketing cookies, or Search Console. The language cookie is functional. If the technology or data flow changes, this notice must be updated and reviewed before that change goes live.
