Terms for using the Nikita Innovations website and AI Automation Advisor.

Purpose of this website
The website and Advisor provide an initial, general exploration of possible business automation. A result is not a technical design, quote, guarantee, legal advice, or binding commitment.
A professional Automation Blueprint or implementation begins only after a personal discussion and separate written agreement on scope, price, responsibilities, and acceptance.
Privacy-light use
The Advisor processes each request through the Nikita Innovations server and OpenAI only for the current analysis. No account, anonymous Advisor history, or production Supabase is used.
Nikita Innovations relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for stateless Advisor processing. A voluntary contact request containing a name, business email, and company is a step at your request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; Namecheap Private Email delivers it to Serge, it is retained for no more than two months, and it is not used by default for unsolicited marketing.
Responsible use
Use the Advisor only for information you are authorised to share. Do not enter personal data, passwords, secret keys, confidential customer files, or unlawful content. Do not attempt to bypass, disrupt, or place an improper load on the service.
Review every result yourself before relying on it for a business decision, customer communication, price, contract, or other impactful action. Human approval remains necessary wherever context, authority, or risk requires it.
Availability and content
Nikita Innovations aims to keep the website careful and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or an error-free, complete, or universally suitable result. The service may fail closed or be temporarily unavailable where configuration, provider, or security boundaries require it.
Brand names and content on this site belong to their respective rights holders. You may not copy or reuse content without permission beyond what the law allows.
